We accept returns for store credit or exchange only.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- all original packaging and tags must be included

We’re happy to offer store credit or exchanges to ensure you get the right fit or item.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
Refunds are only issued if:
- the item is faulty
- or the incorrect item was received
If either of these apply, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund once approved.

RETURN SHIPPING
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- for approved exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item will be covered by us
IMPORTANT
DELUXE reserves the right to decline returns that:
- are submitted outside the return period
- are not in their original condition
If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered.
