What products do you offer?

DELUXE offers premium streetwear and everyday essentials released through limited drops. Our collections may include hoodies, t-shirts, outerwear, accessories and other future apparel pieces.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the Size Guide available on each product page for detailed measurements and fit recommendations.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Refunds are only available for faulty items or incorrect orders received.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship Australia and New Zealand wide. We’re working towards expanding internationally in the future.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 AUD.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

Will sold out items be restocked?
